SUBMISSION GUIDELINE

The APDC would like to invite international and domestic dentists to present their papers at the 45th Asia Pacific Dental Congress from the 2nd to 5th of May, 2024. Those who are engaged in research in dental sciences are encouraged to submit an abstract for presentation. The main theme of the Congress is“ Universal Oral Health Care”.

Abstract Submission Guidelines

Instruction to Authors:

  1. All presenters/meeting participants must register for the meeting and pay the appropriate registration fee.
  2. Abstracts must be submitted in ENGLISH in the Abstract Form (original or downloadable format on the     www.45thapdc-2024.org.tw  ; The word limitation is 250 in maximum. Photocopies or facsimile  transmissions  are NOT acceptable. Online abstract submission is also available at www.45thapdc-2024.org.tw
  3. In general, the acceptance letter will be delivered to you by e-mail one month after your submission
  4. Abstract receipt will be notified by return e-mail. If no confirmation of receipt is received in 5 days, please resend. Notification of acceptance for oral or poster presentation will be distributed in March, 2024.
  5. The deadline to submit your abstract will be 31st of Mar., 2024.
  6. Abstract should report on work that has NOT been previously published.
  7. Participant is invited to submit one abstract and present one paper in oral or poster presentation.

Presenters may appear as co-authors in other abstracts.

Abstact Format

  1. Type abstract wholly with in the box frame provided. 
  2. The title should be informative and as specific as possible. The title should be at the top of the abstract.
  3. Type the whole name(s) of author(s) with the given name first and the surname at the back (e.g. Hung-Pin Lin). Also indicate the name of the institution the author affiliated with. (which should be identical with the name as entered on the Registration Form)
  4. The structured abstract should include the title, keywords, introduction, objective, methods, results and conclusion.
  5. Tables, figures and graphs are not permitted.
  6. In case of failure to comply with the requirements, the abstract will be excluded from consideration.
